Setting up Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID to allow users to access InspectNTrack using their organizational Microsoft credentials.

InspectNTrack can use Microsoft Entra ID to manage user authentication. Typically, your organization’s Microsoft administrator completes the initial setup.

Step 1 — Enable SSO for your account

Contact your InspectNTrack account manager or support representative and request Entra ID SSO be enabled. Provide your name and Account ID.

Step 2 — Verify user emails in InspectNTrack

Ensure that every InspectNTrack user record includes the user’s Microsoft (work) email address. (If needed, see the user setup instructions for adding emails.)

Step 3 — Add the InspectNTrack app in Microsoft Entra

Once your InspectNTrack account managerSSO confirms SSO is enabled, complete the setup in the Microsoft Entra admin center:

Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.

  1. Go to Applications → Enterprise applications.

    SSO1

  2. Select + New application, search for InspectNTrack, and add the application.

    SSO2

  3. In the app’s onboarding flow, choose Sign up for InspectNTrack.

    • You’ll be taken to the InspectNTrack sign-in screen.

    • Enter your account site name to continue.

  4. When the two sign-in options appear, choose Work or school account (often labeled “Work Account”) and select WORK ACCOUNT LOGIN.

    SSO3

  5. When Microsoft prompts for permissions, select Consent on behalf of your organization and accept.

    SSO4

If you don’t see a Work/School login option, SSO isn’t enabled—contact InspectNTrack Support.

After consent, SSO is enabled for users in your Microsoft Entra ID tenant, and InspectNTrack will appear among your Enterprise applications.

Step 4 — Send your Tenant ID

Email your Tenant ID to your InspectNTrack account manager so we can finalize the setup.
